Refund Policy
Due to the custom-manufactured nature of our Printed Circuit Boards (PCBs), we operate under a strict and compact policy.
Custom Orders: Full refunds are not available for orders once manufacturing has begun, as these goods are made to your specific design files and cannot be resold.
Manufacturing Defects: If you believe your boards arrived with defects that violate our manufacturing specifications (IPC standards), you must contact us at [email protected] within 10 days of receipt.
You must provide detailed photographic evidence or return a sample to us.
We will investigate promptly. If a manufacturing defect is confirmed, we will provide a free remanufacture and replacement of the affected boards.
Non-Manufacturing Issues: Refunds/replacements are not provided for customer design errors, incorrect file submissions, or shipping damage (refer to Shipping Policy).
Standard Products (if applicable): Non-custom items (e.g., generic stencils, generic components) may be returned for a refund within 30 days if in original, unopened condition.
